WSU Libraries Book and Document Retrieval Electronic Delivery Information

Our new system offers the convenient option of delivering articles to you via Electronic Delivery.  You do not need to wait for mail delivery.  Electronic delivery is available for items that are delivered to us electronically from the lending library. 

How do I know if my computer can receive electronic articles?

You  need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and configured to work with your Web browser in order to view, download, and print these articles.  We recommend you download the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader version.  The latest version is available, at no charge: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

How do I get my articles when they arrive?

Logon to WSU Libraries Book and Document Retrieval.. From main menu, choose "View/Download Electronically Received Articles." This will give you a list of all items that you have waiting to view or download.

How do I know which requests will be electronically delivered and which ones will not?

We will send you an e-mail notification for each item received. That e-mail will include information about the delivery method.

What if I do not want electronic delivery?

Electronic delivery is the the method we use for supplying your articles. If you experience difficulty with any electronically delivered article, please contact  us 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 316-978-3167
